At Lord Walker, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed, quality-checked products. To maintain fairness for all customers and ensure product integrity, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy.



Returns – Please Read Carefully

We do not offer no-questions-asked returns. Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, sizing expectations, or usage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.


Unpacking Video Requirement

To help us resolve claims quickly and fairly, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unpacking video while opening the package for the first time.

In case of a return or refund request due to wrong or defective product delivery, an unpacking video is required as part of the verification process. Requests without an unpacking video may not be eligible for approval.


Verification & Approval Process

All return and refund requests are subject to internal verification, which may include:

  • Review of unpacking videos and images
  • Order and shipment verification
  • Product condition assessment upon return (if applicable)

Only after successful verification will a return or refund be approved.


Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

Products that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected upon inspection.


Refund Timelines

Once a return is approved and successfully received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
